Crescent Moon Alchemy Co. Quester's Crossbody Review: The 3-in-1 Adventure Bag

I'm always skeptical of "convertible" bags because most of them do one form factor well and the rest awkwardly. Crescent Moon Alchemy Co.'s Quester's Crossbody claims to genuinely switch between backpack, hip bag, and shoulder bag, so I put that to the test.

The Convertible Design

Switching between the three carry styles genuinely takes seconds, not the fumbling I expected. The three quick-snap D-rings swivel out easily for attaching keychains or charms, and the fleece-lined tech pocket kept my phone protected without a case.

Everyday Use

As a crossbody it sits comfortably without digging into my shoulder, and converted to a hip bag it stayed put through a full day of walking. The size-inclusive strap design meant I didn't need to buy an extension separately.

Pros

Pros: Genuinely functional 3-in-1 design, quick-access pockets, padded tech pocket, size-inclusive strap, charm-ready D-rings.

Cons

Cons: Several colors (Midnight Black, Forest Green, Sapphire Blue, Amethyst Purple) are currently pre-order/back-order with a Summer 2026 estimate — only Wine Red is in stock right now. Worth checking their status tracker before ordering.

At 1.892.000 VND (roughly $73 USD), the Wine Red colorway is your best bet if you want it now. See the Quester's Crossbody here.
