Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Primer Review: Does It Actually Stop Creasing?
As a makeup artist, eyeshadow creasing is one of my biggest pet peeves on long client days, so I tested Elizabeth Mott's Thank Me Later Eye Primer through several full-day wear tests.
Application
The formula applies smoothly with a light, almost weightless texture that doesn't feel tacky or heavy under eyeshadow, and it sets quickly enough to move on to color without a long wait.
Creasing Prevention
Through 8+ hour wear days, it noticeably reduced creasing in the crease area compared to going bare, and colors stayed truer to how they looked at first application.
Value
At its price point, this primer punches well above its cost compared to prestige alternatives that charge significantly more for similar performance.
Pros
Pros: lightweight application, noticeably reduces creasing through long wear, budget-friendly compared to prestige primers.
Cons
Cons: very oily lids may still need a setting powder for maximum longevity; shade range is limited since it's primarily a neutral base.
Final Verdict
For the price, this is one of the better budget eye primers I've tested. Check out the Thank Me Later Eye Primer here.
