Most hammocks I've owned either fade or mildew within a season outdoors, so I wanted to see if LA SIESTA's Brisa Sea Salt weather-resistant double hammock actually lives up to the "weather-resistant" claim.
The weave is noticeably tighter than the mass-market hammocks I've tried, and the Sea Salt colorway held its tone through several weeks left strung up between two trees.
As a double, there's genuinely enough width to lie diagonally with a second person without feeling squeezed, which is the whole point of upgrading from a single.
Pros: genuinely weather-resistant construction, roomy double width, color held up outdoors.
Cons: stand sold separately, premium price versus basic hammocks.
