Push the back of the lash cluster (under the glue strip) with the tweezers to gently loosen it from the tray. Carefully grip and clip the cluster at the base, just above the glue line, and peel it away. Clip gently — you may end up clipping some of the glue, and that’s okay, just be sure not to press too hard. Lift the cluster smoothly to protect the delicate fibers and avoid pulling them apart. Step 2: Reposition the Lash on the Tray Tip: If the glue is stuck, gently wiggle the lash to release it — some sticking is normal, and our non-stick tweezers help minimize this. Using your fingers, gently remove the lash cluster from the tweezers. If some glue sticks to the tweezers, don’t worry — carefully pull the lash away, it’s still good to use. Reposition the cluster by gripping it again with the tweezers along the curve of the lash. Ensure the lash cluster is facing upright. Step 3: Curl Your Lashes & Apply Makeup (Optional) Tip: If you plan on applying eye makeup, such as eyeliner, it’s easier to apply it before placing the lash clusters. Choose a lash curler that fits your eye shape and feels comfortable to use. Place the curler at the base of your natural lashes and gently curl them. Curling helps lift your lashes so they stay out of the way during application. If you have lighter colored lashes, apply a light coat of mascara to help them blend with the lash clusters. Step 4: Align and Place the Lash on the Eye Tip: Make sure your eyes are clean, fully dry, and free of oil — the adhesive cannot bond properly if the area is wet or oily. Start from the outer corner and work inward, leaving a 2–3 mm gap at both the outer and inner corners, as placing too close can feel uncomfortable. Make sure the adhesive sticks to the skin, not the lash hairs. Follow the green line for placement, and avoid placing too close to the inner or outer corners for comfort. Step 5: Continuing Applying Lash Clusters Continue applying clusters, working from the outer corner toward the inner corner. Keep the base of each cluster aligned in a smooth, even line along your lash line. Maintain a small gap at the inner corner for comfort and the best fit. This step is vital to ensure your lashes stay in place throughout the day! After placing each cluster, gently clamp it together with your natural lashes at the base. Once all clusters are placed, do a final clamp along the lash line to secure everything evenly. The original glue can typically be reused 1–3 times before replacing. Hold the lash cluster by the hairs with one hand. Using your thumb and index finger on the other hand, gently slide or swipe the glue strip off the base of the lash. Remove slowly and carefully to avoid damaging the lash. Wipe the removed glue onto a tissue and discard. Step 10: Replacing the Glue on the Lash (Optional) Navo Lashes Clear Lash Cluster Stickies are required for this step. Hold the lash clusters by the hairs with curve facing downwards over the Clear Lash Cluster Stickies sheet. Start from the top edge of the sheet to avoid the lash hairs touching the glue lines. Gently position the base of the lash over a glue strip. Slide the lash cluster along the glue strip from top to bottom (instead of pressing straight down). Flip the clear sheet over the glue strips and press gently to secure the adhesive to the lash base. Lift the lash cluster off — the glue strip should come attached with it. Make sure the glue strip lies flat along the base of the lash, not sticking out at an angle.
