We contacted Rubysta several months ago to see of they could create the above design for us based off pictures we sent them (basically creating a dupe of a similar, very expensive ring we found elsewhere). I loved picking out my own stone, and I adored the champagne color of this salt and pepper diamond. Everything from communication to the execution of the ring and shipping went more smoothly than we could have imagined. I'm in love with this ring, and we will be asking Rubysta to create our wedding rings as well. Thanks again for everything! I looooove this ring it’s gorgeous. My only gripe is that unfortunately the original stone/ring designed for me was lost in the mail and I was sooooo bonded to that one it hurts to think about it being gone forever. But on a brighter note, Rubysta handled the issue really well. They allowed me to select a new stone and refunded the difference of cost AND apologized multiple times. Here’s hoping it finds its way to me someday! But the ring I got instead is also gorgeous and my fiance also loved it and it looks great so what more can I ask for?
