Touch Stay digital guidebooks are the brainchild of Andy McNulty and Joe Jones – two serial travellers who kept on encountering the same issue over and over again: an absence of clear communication with their rental accommodation hosts. After realising that they shared the same frustrations, they vowed to solve the problem together – and in 2014 Touch Stay was born. Designed to help any type of hospitality professional better communicate with their guests, Touch Stay has gone on to become the highlight of guest reviews worldwide. It’s been cited as a reason for repeat bookings, longer stays and most importantly – happier guests. Andy and Joe vowed to create a product that helps – a principle demonstrated by our close knit community and our user-focused approach to product development. The aim was to create an easy-to-self-serve tool backed by a friendly, knowledgeable team should you need them. Sivan is passionate about harnessing technology to drive growth, empower hosts, and create memorable guest experiences. With a background in hospitality and management, Diana values the importance of listening intently and advocating for clients’ best interests. She’s as passionate about processes as she is adventures and, originally from Colombia, she’s now lived abroad for over 12 years- first in London, UK, and now in Valencia, Spain. Kiril is a seasoned CMO with a wealth of experience across multiple industries, bringing a strategic and data-driven approach to marketing. His career has spanned diverse sectors, shaping his expertise in brand growth and customer engagement. A lifelong basketball fan, he enjoys hitting the court whenever he gets the chance, balancing his competitive spirit with a passion for innovative marketing. With a diverse background that includes travel writing and video production, Tyler approaches content with an audience-first mentality. His passion extends beyond digital realms to analog photography, adding depth to his multimedia projects with an authentic, classic aesthetic that enriches his storytelling and digital community building efforts. Additionally, Tyler is an avid snowboarder, and hiker, with the goal of one day carving on all 7 continents. As the Head of Operations at Touch Stay, Jakub combines his professional expertise with a passion for travel and cultural exploration. His experience managing multicultural environments and optimizing operations makes him a key asset. Jakub's global perspective enriches his role, allowing him to bring unique insights to his work in operational optimization and customer experience management. With a master's degree in Political Science from Université de Poitiers, Alex brings an interdisciplinary approach to everything he does, drawing on his background in geopolitics, sociology, and digital trends. Based in Prague, he enjoys gaming, working out, and exploring global affairs—always looking for new ideas and perspectives to dive into. Yurii is a proudly self-proclaimed nerd, with a background in logistics and a passion for travel. His love of learning and ability to tackle tricky problems head on are just a couple of the things that we love about him! He lives and works in Ukraine with our tech partner, Echo UA. Egemen began programming when he was still in high school, and he’s since turned his hobby into a professional career. He joins us from Istanbul, Turkey, and when he’s not at work you can find him reading a book, watching a play, or finding the time to practise the flute! Project Manager & QA Specialist Yana is a project manager with a knack for all things technical and testing. Management is her jam and is where she finds her inspiration. Joining Touch Stay from Ukraine, Yana is a huge sports enthusiast, crazy about dancing, and a huge fan of just having a good time! Nikolina blends her expertise in digital marketing with her background in English and Art History to refine guest communications at Touch Stay. With over ten years of experience, she crafts thoughtful email strategies. Outside work, she's a cultural enthusiast, exploring European museums and enjoying cinema, which enriches her professional creativity and personal life. Valerie is a results-driven hospitality sales professional with nearly seven years of experience in hotels events planning and corporate client management. With a strong background in building lasting partnerships, she thrives on creating tailored solutions that enhance guest experiences and drive business growth. Passionate about travel and hospitality, she excels at identifying opportunities, fostering connections, and delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, she enjoys winter sports, exploring new destinations, and engaging with diverse cultures. František began exploring design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript during his teenage years. With several years of experience, he has honed his skills as a UI/UX designer and product owner, enhancing user experiences across various products and industries. Passionate about cycling, he enjoys not only traveling but also exploring new destinations on his bike(s). Jeric brings 6 years of experience in tech support, and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate the world of tech.
