Disciplined self-starters can go far for free; people who need structure and feedback may find the program worth it — if they can afford both the tuition and the business itself.
Among wholesaling programs, Titanium University is one of the more legitimate options — led by people who demonstrably do the work, with a sensible skills-first approach and strong ongoing support. I also genuinely appreciate that the program turns away broke and get-rich-quick applicants; that honesty is rare. But the hidden, call-gated pricing and the wall of impressive (non-typical) income testimonials are reasons to keep your guard up. Only consider it if you can comfortably afford the tuition and the capital to run a wholesaling business, you’re ready to work hard, and you go in understanding that no result is guaranteed.
